The Influencer Game How to Influence People

We often explain very well what we do but is the way in which we do it really persuasive enough to convince our customers? In this hands on course you will learn how to communicate your message in a persuasive manner and how to avoid the pitfalls off being overly descriptive. In this one day workshop, we go “inside” the psychology of persuasion to understand how and why it works. We focus on the techniques that marketers and salespeople use to design compelling messages, and explore why some messages are more persuasive than others. Through hands-on exercises based on our Influencer Board Game, this workshop enables you to develop your persuasive skills and abilities to persuade others about your ideas. This course is designed for entrepreneurs, sales people, key account manager, marketers or anybody else who tries to convince others about their value proposition.

- Understand when some techniques are persuasive and when they are not.

How to construct a persuasive sales presentation.

During this session the participants will learn:

- what are the features, advantages and benefits of your value proposition

- what are the Unique Selling Points for their value proposition.

What are the main principles of persuasion?

During this session the participants will learn:

- what are the main principles and techniques of persuasion

- how to recognise persuasion techniques when used by others.

How to apply the principles of persuasion?

During this session the participants will learn:

- how to use the persuasion techniques in a variety of day to day situations

- how to apply the various prinicples using the Influencer Game.

How to pitch your value proposition?

During this session the participants will learn:

- how to write a persuasive elevator pitch

- how to use story telling to pitch your value proposition in a persuasive manner. 

 

How can you apply the persuasion techniques in your work?

During this session the participants will learn:

- how to apply these persuasion techniques in their own work

- what techniques they already use today.

Outcome After this session the participants will know:

  • How to pitch their value proposition to any potential customer 
  • How to present you value proposition in a persuasive manner
